PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed before shipping.
We use USPS Priority Mail domestic US orders, please allow 2-3 days of shipping.
We use USPS Priority Mail International for outside the US, shipping time varies depending of location please allow at least 10-14 days of shipping.
You will receive notification and tracking when the order is shipped
Orders are shipped from Miami, Florida. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays observed in USA
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To request a refund, please email us at: Refunds@SierraandSavanna.com and add the word refund and the orders number in the email subject.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, please express the reason for the refund.
REFUND POLICIES
The product refund request must be received within 14 calendar days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Costumer is responsible for shipping cost of the return.
Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
No exchanges are allowed unless the item is defective.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund if you are eligible
The refunded will be made to the original payment method you have used for the purchase.
Credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
